Order Placement
All orders must be placed in person at our shop. We do not accept online or phone orders to ensure accurate requirements and customization.
Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before printing. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order placement. Delays due to design changes or third-party dependencies are not our responsibility.
Payment Policy
Advance payment is required for all custom orders. Full payment must be made before delivery or pickup.
Returns & Cancellations
As all items are custom-made, cancellations or returns are not accepted once printing has started.
Errors & Reprints
We are not responsible for errors (spelling, grammar, layout) approved by the customer. Reprints due to such errors will incur additional charges.
Image & Print Quality
Final print quality depends on the quality of the images or content provided by the customer.
Usage Rights
Customers must ensure they have the right to use any content, logos, or images provided for printing. We are not liable for copyright issues.
